A unique herringbone plate pattern with optimized pressing depths and plate material provides gentle, uniform heat transfer of sensitive hygienic products, including products with viscosities up to 5000 cPs, with small particles and limited fibre lengths or products that require pressure of up to 21 bar (290 psi). The unique distribution area ensures a uniform flow over the entire plate surface with no stagnant flow zones and less risk of fouling build-up.
