Conrad Business Supplies has added a new pocket-sized thermography camera to its growing range of over 60 products from FLIR Systems, a leading manufacturer of innovative thermal imaging products. The FLIR C2 offers users a fully-featured 9 Hz, radiometric thermography camera in a slim package that weighs just 130 g. The FLIR C2 is designed for use in the building industry and maintenance, repair and overall (MRO) industry. It is able to identify and examine hidden heat patterns which could indicate energy waste, structural defects, plumbing issues or other leakages and inefficiencies.

Featuring an intuitive three-inch touchscreen display and auto-orientation, the camera is designed to clearly identify problems and verify the completion of repairs. The FLIR C2 captures information and displays it with an IR sensor size of 80 x 60 pixel. A wide field of view (FOV) and high thermal sensitivity give professional grade MSX-enhanced thermal images. The instrument has an operating temperature range of -10°C to +150°C (14°F to +302°F). Arpineh Mullaney, VP Sales, T&M, FLIR Commercial Systems commented: "We are very proud of the successful relationship we have built with Conrad Business Supplies over the years.

The FLIR C2 brings our technology into a smaller and more compact package ideal for users who are looking to limit the amount of equipment they need to carry yet do not wish to compromise on capability". Thomas Pilhofer, Product Manager, Category Business Supplies at Conrad added: "This latest addition to the FLIR products stocked by Conrad provides our customers with an innovative new way to capture and save high quality thermal images in a small and more convenient form factor. The FLIR C2 will sit well alongside our wide range of thermography products from both FLIR and other leading brands".
