IDS Imaging Development Systems introduces the USB 3 uEye CP camera series with next generation sensors from e2v and CMOSIS. IDS claims to be the first manufacturer to integrate e2v's 2 Megapixel Global Shutter sensor (EV76C570) into a USB 3.0 industrial camera. A real CCD replacement, the UI-3250CP delivers good image quality and high sensitivity. At 60 frames per second at full resolution, the camera is fit for applications that require fast yet detailed analysis. With a rich set of smart features, including a Linescan-Mode and Log-Mode, the new model offers high image quality even in high dynamic scenes. In addition, four shutter modes allow choosing the perfect shutter for every application and offer unknown flexibility if requirements change. Black-level correction is just one more of the outstanding sensor features. CMOSIS' 2 (CMV2000) and 4 Megapixel (CMV4000) sensors are offering high performance at outstanding speed. The new USB 3.0 camera models UI-3360COP and UI-3370CP run at 180 fps and 90 fps and are ideal for applications such as traffic monitoring and inspections within the pharmaceutical, beverage and glass industry. Eight AOIs and multiple HDR modes for up to 90 db allow implementing even the most demanding applications.
