Joining Module for precision force measurement
Kistler's NC joining module NCFB Typen 2160A facilitates the automation of force-displacement monitored joining and press-fitting processes. It has an integrated piezoelectric force sensor and offers the predefined measuring ranges 50 kN and 25 kN. This joining module contains functions such as: measuring range switchover, fast shutdown, force control, active deflection compensation, intermediate positioning and evaluations with up to three analysis windows. Thanks to the use of an absolute encoder there is no need for reference point determination even during operation.
