Epoxy Resin reinforced with aramid fibers

Master Bond’s EP30R is an aramid fiber reinforced epoxy adhesive for high performance structural bonding. It features outstanding dimensional stability and enhanced impact resistance. This two part epoxy is formulated to cure at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures. It produces high strength bonds to metals, glass, ceramics, vulcanized rubbers and many plastics that resist thermal cycling and chemicals over the temperature range of -51°C to more than 120°C. The dimensional formation of assembled parts is preserved thanks to cure shrinkage of only 0.0003 inches/in. This cured epoxy is an excellent electrical insulator. It is 100% reactive and contains no solvents.
