Announcement: TE Connectivity’s new Senior Vice President and General Manager

TE Connectivity (TE) promoted Vish Ananthan as the new senior vice president and general manager of its Industrial business unit. He succeeds Lars Brickenkamp, the former vice president, who is now leaving the company. Ananthan will report to Kevin Rock, president of Industrial Solutions. 


Member of TE since 2011, Vish Ananthan has held a variety of leadership roles and was previously general manager of the Device sub-vertical in TE Industrial. Before joining the Industrial business unit, he was general manager of the Surgical & Imaging sub-vertical in TE’s Medical business unit. 


Kevin Rock said: “I would like to welcome Vish in his new role. Vish has deep knowledge of TE and a proven track record of formulating and executing strategies which transform and deliver results. His strategic capability and focus on execution have positioned him well to take on this new challenge.”

Prior to joining TE, he held product management and business development roles at Tata group. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from College of Engineering – Guindy in Chennai, India.
