Axiomtek, one of the major design and manufacturing company in the embedded world, has announced its powerful industrial-grade vision system, eBOX671-885-FL. Its super great I/O capabilities and high network connectivity for distributed machine vision applications are well suited for inspection and surveillance usage.

To provide better computing performance, LGA1150 socket type for 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 or Celeron™ processor (Codename: Haswell/Haswell-refresh) are integrated in the box system. Six USB3.0 and four Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) ports allow multiple cabling to various cameras and any PoE power device.

Thanks to its fanless design, the cost of physical maintenance significantly reduces and there is no need to clean or replace air filter, or replace worn out fan anymore. To integrate with various industrial equipment and communicate with multiple devices, the system comes with full feature of I/O, including 4 COM, four 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports, six USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 ports, 8-CH programmable digital I/O or isolated digital I/O to connect buttons, motion sensors, optical detectors, relays, lighting, etc.

Two internal PCI Express Mini Cards and one SIM card for 3G/ Wi-Fi/ GSM/ LTE connections are supported as well. Dual 2.5" SATA HDD drive bay (RAID 0 & 1), CFast™ and mSATA are provided to meet big data storage demands. With system memory maximum up to 16 GB, the high-performance box PC can support three independent hi-resolution displays and 4K display, offering best quality imaging.

With special thermal solution, the eBOX670-883-FL is able to operate in wide temperature ranging from -20°C to +50°C in most of the manufacturing environments. Additionally, the optional wall-mounted kit is available upon request.
