The program offers a whole new platform and website, helping to provide a more intuitive and efficient user experience. It replaces ExxonMobil's SignumOil Analysis.

Mobil Serv Lubricant Analysis is designed to streamline the entire used oil analysis process, from initial sample gathering to final reporting. The service leverages scan-and-go technology with QR Codes so customers can easily deliver used oil samples to ExxonMobil's oil analysis laboratory.

When monitored regularly, the used oil analysis programme can enhance equipment reliability and durability which can help to:

· Reduce lubricant consumption

Sample bottles are delivered hassle-free to ExxonMobil's lubricant analysis laboratory. Instead of filling in sample labels all data is retrieved digitally by scanning the equipment QR code. The lab then analyzes the samples and delivers the results directly to the customer by email - reducing response time. This process also improves accuracy of the equipment's sample data provided by the customer, eliminating potential human error.

The new services package can also eliminate labels and paperwork and facilitates real-time communication of sampling scheduling and results.

Has Mobil Serv Lubricant Analysis benefited companies?
The program has already proven to deliver significant customer benefits. In Texas, for example, Mobil Serv Lubricant Analysis has helped an alumina production plant improve sample process efficiency, while reducing monthly labour associated with oil analysis to eight hours per month, which has helped deliver a total cost savings of US $9,600.
