With more than forty years of experience within the hose and tube processing equipment industry, O+P is proud to introduce you the Unispeed USFL 90/37 ES, the machine for 37° and 90° flaring of hydraulic rigid tube ends.
The machine, that requires only one tool change to carry out the flaring operations, uses a cold orbital forming process to create a flat and smooth sealing surface at 90° and 37° with a suitable rugosity for the O-Ring seal.
The wide adjustment and configuration possibilities allow obtaining any flaring diameter and thickness: at 90° from 6 to 38 mm and 5 mm max. thickness; at 37° from 6 to 42 mm and 4 mm. max thickness.
The machine, equipped with electronic control with color display and touch screen, allows you to optimize the work process and makes the Unispeed USFL 90/37ES particularly suitable for volume production.
It can be fully programmed and set, with the possibility of recalling recipes previously set. It is equipped with a front tool-holder and a tool automatic lubrication system. Upon request it can also be supplied with special voltage, electric pedal and barcode reading system.
