MINMAX MIZI03 Series:

The MINMAX MIZI03 series is a new range of high performance 3W isolated DC-DC converter within encapsulated DIP-24 package which specifically design for railway application. There are 15 models available for railway input voltage of either 24(9-36) VDC or 48(18-75) VDC or 110(40-160) VDC and tight output voltage regulation. Further features include over load, short circuit protection, and Designed-in Conducted EMI meets EN 55032/11 Class A & FCC Level A as well. MIZI03 series conform to vibration and thermal shock test meets EN 61373, cooling, dry and damp heat test meets IEC/EN 60068-2-1,2,30 and railway EMC standard EN 50121-3-2 and complies also with Railway Certification EN 50155(IEC 60571).

MINMAX MKZI10/20 Series:

The 10-20 Watt MKZI10/20 family consists of 18 models with ultra-wide input ranges of 9-36 / 18-75 / 40-160Vin and outputs of 5 / 12 / 15 / 24 / ±12 / ±15V in a 1.00 x 2.00 x 0.43” shielded and encapsulated package with no minimum load requirements.  The MKZI10/20’s I/O Isolation of 3,000VAC with Reinforced Insulation, high efficiency up to 89% and operating Temperature range of -40℃ to +95℃ (see curves) assure reliable performance for critical applications in harsh environments. Features include: tight regulation; low no-load power consumption; integral EMI filter to meet EN 55022 Class A; remote on/off; and Vout Trim (±10%). Built-in protection circuits include under-voltage lockout, over-voltage, over-current and short circuit protection. The MKZI10/20 family have been intensely qualified to meet: UL/cUL/EN 62368-1 (60950-1) standards with CB Report; railway certification to EN 50155 (IEC 60571); Fire Protection to EN 45545-2; Shock & Vibration to EN 61373; cooling, dry & damp heat testing to IEC/EN 60068-2-1,2,30; and railway EMC standard to EN 50121-3-2.

MINMAX MTQZ50/75 Series:

The MTQZ50/75 Series of are the next generation of convection-cooled DC-DC Converters designed specifically for railway applications conforming to railway safety standards EN 50155 and IEC 60571 as well as railway emission standard EN 50121-3-2.   Additionally, these converters have been qualified to EN 61373 Vibration & Shock, IEC/EN 60068-2-1,2,30 Environmental (cool / dry through damp / heat cycles),  and EN  45545-2 Fire Protection standards.  Each family consists of 8 models offering 72 (43-101VDC) / 110 (66-160VDC) Input ranges and 5 / 12 / 15 / 24 V outputs with high efficiency operation up to 92% and I/O isolation of 3000VAC with reinforced insulation. These converters feature Remote on/off control; Output Voltage Trim; Remote Sense; Over Load/Voltage/Temperature Protection Circuits; and convection cooled operation ambient from -40°C to + 85°C.
