The 2014 edition of SPS - Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou officially opens with one of its strongest collections of top industry suppliers on display. In operation from 3 - 5 March at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, the 2014 edition is welcoming 465 exhibitors from 15 countries and regions, focused on providing solutions to China's manufacturing industry. Attendees to the show can expect to find a wealth of specialties, including drive systems and components, sensors and IPCs, industrial software, interface technology and much more.

Louis Leung, Deputy General Manager at Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd commented: "We have reached a new milestone both in the value of the fair to the industry as well as heightened demand for automation technology in China. This year we are expecting to welcome over 30,000 visitors during the three-day show. Our exhibitors will be presented across three dedicated halls totalling 35,000 sqm. It humbles me to see top brands such as Beckoff, Comau, Contrinex, Mitsubishi Electric, Phoenix Contact, Turck, Sanyo Denki and Siemens all in attendance this year. I believe with the range and high quality of participating exhibitors, visitors will not only discover new business opportunities but will also have the chance to make some new and invaluable industry contacts."

Other noteworthy brands present this year include Autonics, Belden, Camozzi, CC-Link, Cognex, Connectwell, Daheng, Effort, Festo, GSK, Hanyoungux, Harting, Higen, ifm, Kacon, Lafert, Lanbao, LTi Drive Systems, Luster, Murrelektronik, P+F, PI China, PR electronics, Rittal, Robostar, Schmersal, Sercos, Sick, Wago, Weidemueller, Wieland, Woehner and Yaskawa
