Profinet I/O devices with IP 65/67 protection from Phoenix Contact can be directly mounted in the machine, also in harsh environments. With their die-cast zinc housings, they can even be installed directly next to welding tongs or claws. Plug connectors with push-pull locking for Profinet and the supply voltage, M12 connectors for peripheral devices, and snap-on device electronics all ensure user-friendly and efficient installation and commissioning on site. For communication via Profinet, there are various versions of the digital I/O devices with one or two power connectors as well as a Profinet Fast Startup.
