With strong growth in visitors (plus 23 percent) and exhibitors (plus 4 percent) SIAF Guangzhou 2014 (SPS - Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou) confirmed its position in the South China market. 465 exhibitors from 15 countries and regions displayed their products and solutions in the field of automation in three exhibition halls. The number of visitors rose to 34,665. SIAF Guangzhou is organized by Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt and partners and supported by Mesago Messe Frankfurt.
The seminar "Sensors and Measurement" and the workshop on "Machine Vision in Automation" held by AMA Association for Sensor and Measurement attracted a high number of participants. Likewise the seminar "Automation and Drives" generated great interest among the trade visitors. Well-known companies, such as LTi, Phoenix Contact and Turck provided practical insights into the best practices of their companies.
The next SIAF Guangzhou will take place once again in Guangzhou from 9 - 11 March 2015.
