The new model L armored flowmeters from ASA, have a complete metal construction and are ideal for installation in intrinsically safe plants and ex proof hazardous areas. These armored flowmeters have been Atex certified with a II2GD Exd IIC marking. They are suited for measuring low flowrates from 0,1 l/h up to 5000 nl/h with low pressure loss of liquids and gases. Therefore they can be used for high pressure and high temperature flow applications. They are made in stainless steel or Hastelloy C4 or other specific metallic materials to handle even corrosive liquids and are available with screwed or flanged connections.
