The new S2U IP66 inverter series is particularly suited to applications that require high resistance to environmental impacts, as well as those that require high braking power without braking resistor, and a high torque at low speed such as packaging machines, textile machines, material handling, woodworking machines, pumps, fans, and many more. The heat sink was designed specifically for extreme environmental conditions such as dust, humidity, and cleaning chemicals. Due to the high protection rating, the robust and highly cost and energy-efficient inverters remain completely unaffected by even the most adverse of conditions.
The EE741 in-line flow meter measures the consumption of compressed air and gases in pipes with an operating pressure up to 16 bar (232 psi). The modular device consists of the transmitter unit and a stainless steel or aluminum gauge mounting block. Various mounting blocks allow the use of the EE741 for DN15 (1/2") to DN50 (2") pipes.
Once the mounting block is built into the pipeline, the transmitter can be easily removed and installed without disassembling the pipework. This is particularly useful for periodical calibration. UltraMax images produced on FLIR thermal cameras are consequently clearer and larger, enabling better thermal analysis of even small details. Because the technique generates an increased number of pixels covering the same target area, UltraMax also decreases measurement spot size. As a result you can achieve greater measurement accuracy particularly on small details.
