Elesa S.p.A. further develops its offering for modular tubular structures with the TCC series, a system of connection clamps designed to combine mechanical strength, versatility and ease of use. Awarded the German Design Award 2024, the range supports the construction of configurable structures such as workstations, machine guards, shelving systems and industrial enclosures.
Based on glass fibre reinforced technopolymer with stainless steel fastening elements, the clamps ensure high structural performance while keeping weight low and guaranteeing corrosion resistance. The design focuses on smooth surfaces and compact geometries, improving both cleanability and visual integration in industrial environments.
Flexibility is ensured through a wide range of configurations, including cross, T and sleeve clamps, as well as articulated solutions such as the TCC-SJD double ball joint for multi-directional adjustment. Quick clamping kits allow repeated reconfiguration without tools.
Available for Ø18 and Ø30 mm tubes, with reduction bushes for mixed-diameter assemblies, the system is offered in black and grey finishes, and in a food-grade signal blue version compliant with FDA and EU regulations.
Elesa completes the range with metal tube clamps and VESA-compatible GN 197 monitor supports.
