Meler has a wide range of manual, pneumatic or electric applicators which, together with the variety of modules and nozzles, respond to any adhesive application need, be it bead, swirl or lamination with reliability, precision and speed in a small space.
Pneumatic applicators and modules
Meler provides compact applicator series for space optimization providing good accessibility for regular maintenance.
- NC guns come in a variety of sizes and gun modules to suit all requirements in terms of bead size and numbers. NC series is equipped with high thermal-transmission large cartridge resistors and Ni120 or Pt100 RTD sensor, respectively.
- MU applicators apply hotmelt in beads or dots pattern at a high speed. Up to 8.500 cycles/minute (7.200 in adjustable version).
- The ECA or ECAI series is a line of swirl hot-melt adhesive guns manufactured by Meler. It can be configured with several modules, and are supplied with air heating capabilities.
Meler’s application solutions can be fully manufactured based on customer’s demands.
