The hydraulic cylinder assembly and test bench from AF Automazione is a complete and flexible tool which enables cylinder manufacturers and maintenance personnel to assemble and test the product in the same production area. When installed in a dedicated department and equipped with a component storage unit, the bench becomes a complete operational centre for assembling, testing and marking cylinders prior to dispatch, thereby obtaining a guarantee of quality. Achieving quality in the manufacture of products inevitably depends on final check; in the case of a product like a hydraulic cylinder, for which reliability and durability are demanded, this check is obtained by subjecting it to a series of tests tied to the declared characteristics. The bench provides all of the instruments necessary to carry out a check and a dedicated PC coordinates all test phases and produces a detailed report via a control software program.
