Caustic Soda Pump

Fluid Metering’s caustic soda pump with valveless piston technology using a single rotating and reciprocating ceramic piston which combines the pumping and valving functions, eliminating the need for check valves typically used on caustic soda metering pumps and that are vulnerable for damage caused by the crystallization of the caustic soda. Such damage affects the sealing of the check valves causing backflow. In this way time consuming and costly maintenance of the pumps can be avoided. Sapphire-hard internal ceramics insure no degradation in accuracy over time and no need to recalibrate.
