This intelligent mass flow controller is a DPC series from Aalborg Instruments that simultaneously displays mass flow, volumetric flow, pressure and temperature for many industries and for scientific and analytical applications, bioreactors and surface depositions, gas sampling, manufacturing and metrology activities.


A fully customable DPC controller


The DPC differential pressure mass flow controllers feature totalizers with batch processing mode (0.5% RD + 0.2%FS) standard accuracy, 200:1 turn-down ratio and less than 150 ms response time. These specifications enable cost savings as there is no need for acquiring and installing other specific devices. The DPC mass flow controller can work with 90 different gases and gas mixes with a defined mixture functionality that permits to create up to 20 custom gas mixes with up to 5 different gases each. It also has two programmable mass flow rate totalizers and an optional modbus RTU network interface with isolated RS485 transceiver.
