When analog transducers using strain gage technology are integrated into a superordinate system, the analog signals have to be digitized. HBM’s AED digital transducer electronics are now available for this purpose. They make it very easy to integrate analog standard load cells into a digital environment. Efficient digital filters, sampling rate adjustment, characteristic curves, linearization and more than 100 structured commands can be parameterized. All the inputs and outputs of the transducer electronics are electrically isolated. Use under harsh ambient conditions is also assured by degree of protection IP65.
