Power conversion specialists Ideal Power introduced a new range of Din Rail Power Supply Units to their product range. The new DIN Rail power supplies have been sourced for their high performance and reliability and compliment the company's existing portfolio of open frame and external power supplies, DC:DC converters, LED drivers and battery chargers.

Applications for the new range of DIN Rail power supplies include building and industrial automation, process control and instrumentation. The range extends from 12W up to 480w and conforms to EN 60947-1, EN 60947-5-1 & EN 60950-1 (DR Series only). All models have a 1 year warranty and high efficiency up to 80% (based on DR-45-24 model) Two product families are available. The DR (P) Series providing output power of 30w, 45w, 60w, 75w, 120w, 240w, 480w and the MDR Series with 10w, 20w, 40w, 60w and 100w outputs.
