Downforce Amplifier

TSM Control Systems releases a new down force amplifier which offers improved material flow and mixing characteristics in the processing of difficult regrind and flake materials for the plastics producers. This down force amplifier guarantees homogeneous mixing, high regrind percentages, good material density and geometry, accurate dosing and a strong downward material head pressure enabling to cram mixed materials into the throat of an extruder without the risk of material blockages. In this way the material throughput and production speed can be maximized and more difficult materials can be processed.
