The new HIWIN electric actuator is available as of now. It impresses with its power density, precision, and modularity. The drive is available to order and can also be individually configured using an online product configurator.
It owes its powerful performance to the specially developed ballscrew with optimized nut and shaft. This enables a higher load rating and thus the absorption of greater forces. Thanks to the compact design of the special nut, the overall construction remains space-saving despite this increase in performance.
Precise, quiet, and controllable
The peeled ballscrew enables particularly smooth and low-vibration movements. In combination with powerful servo motors, movements can be controlled precisely, speeds can be adjusted dynamically, and smooth start-stop profiles can be implemented—a clear advantage over pneumatic and hydraulic drives. The result is higher accuracy, lower noise, and a longer service life.
Maximum flexibility and modularity
The profile with integrated T-slots and predefined hole patterns allows for a wide range of flexible mounting and centering options. To relieve the load on the entire drive and increase system stability, a slide guide can also be screwed on or replaced at a later date. The compact, moment-resistant miniature guides with long-term lubrication units from the MGW series are used for this purpose. A carefully coordinated range of accessories, including mounting, piston tube and adaptation accessories, allows the electric actuator to be perfectly adapted to individual applications, thus increasing flexibility and efficiency.
