RNS (insertion) and RWS (wafer) Series flow meters from Vortex are ideal for high accuracy measurements of non-condensing and saturated steam flow at pressures up to 150 psi. Both types of flow meters have no moving parts and are virtually maintenance-free. These flow meters are loop-powered devices with standard HART communication for ease of field programming and system integration. They work in operating temperatures of -20 to 366 °F. Accuracy of both meters is ±1% of reading, with repeatability of 0.5%. These insertion flow meters are available for pipe sizes from 152 to 1829 mm.
