The top model from the IPC1400 industrial PC series from Bachmann electronic contains the Intel Core Duo L2400, a powerful and energy-saving dual core processor. Used in combination with an optional RAID1 module it offers a powerful and fail-safe component for automation and visualization systems. Standard technologies like PCI-Express, SATA hard disks, UDMA-capable CF cards or DVI connection ensure fast data exchange with the periphery. The system's optimal thermal design permits fan-free operation at ambient temperatures of up to +55°C. A backup and disaster-recovery tool is available, enabling automatic incremental backups on so-called hidden partitions of the hard drive.
