Provided in a rugged stainless steel housing, the PIT5200M from TQ Components represents a compact man-machine interface to meet demanding industrial requirements. The compact design takes into account restrictive space requirements concerning the integration into the application. The 100%-industrialgrade panel also meets demanding requirements in terms of shock, vibration, temperature and EMC. The overall system is specified for a rated temperature range from 0 up to 60°C. The system is available for an extended temperature range. Due to the processorís low power dissipation, the PIT5200M requires only passive cooling. User inputs are made through PS/2 mouse and keyboard, or if desired, by touchscreen. Embedded Linux is preinstalled as the operating system on the PIT5200M.
