The Fluke 830 Laser Shaft Alignment tool has been designed to simplify shaft alignment with an intuitive guided user interface and step-by-step machine set up process. The user has to just set-up, measure and diagnose. The 4-level severity scale compares the machine to industry accepted machine tolerances and provides specific, actionable repair recommendations. Unlike using the straight-edge method or dial indicators, the device performs the complicated alignment calculations, providing the answers needed to quickly align a machine and get the plant up and running again fast. An enhanced user interface provides easy to understand results that do not require extensive alignment knowledge and the unique "All-in-One" result screen shows both coupling results and feet corrections (vertical and horizontal) in real terms making it easy to take corrective action.
