Aircom has extended its R160 series of low pressure regulators in order to ensure that a wide range of technical gases can be regulated. Even at low pressure it is now possible to regulate compressed air, oxygen, ammonia or hydrogen. The new low pressure regulator has connection threads that range from G½ to G1 up to G2. They are also available in NPT form. Its pressure regulating range begins at 5 - 45 mbar (0.07 - 0.65 psi) and 20 - 200 mbar (0.3 - 3.0 psi) and goes up to 700 - 6000 mbar (10 – 87 psi). The low pressure regulator has an aluminum body. Elastomers NBR, FKM or EPDM are available. The NBR diaphragm of the low pressure regulator is supplied with a PTFE coating.
