M8 Connectors

Suitable for terminating stranded or attachable connectors, CONEC’s new SAL M8x1 is available with a screw termination that supports wires with up to 0,5 mm² cross section. The termination also allows the connection of stranded wires including sleeve, without reduction of the maximum allowed cross section. A corresponding key for the SW13 hexagon socket screws is supplied. Field-attachable connectors are also available as plug- and socket with 3- or 4- poles. The housings accept standard cables with 4 to 5,5 mm diameter. Per contact current carrying capacity is 4A with all contacts under load and at 40°C. Available in straight and a 90° angled versions, the connectors are IP67 protected when fully mated.
