Bomatec has launched a new manual pulse generator for CNC controlled machines. The handheld pulse generator allows the precise, manual positioning of individual axes and is normally connected to computer-controlled machines or other devices involved in positioning.
Main features and configuration
The encoder signals generated by the handwheel moves the axis by a defined path for each pulse. With the portable, electronic handwheel, the setup process remains always in view and you control the move sensitive and exact. It is very easy to configure for right or left-handed users and has a 2-channel or line driver output with 25 or 100 pulses per revolution, multiplier X1, X10, X100. Operating voltage 5 – 15 VDC or + 5 VDC, optional with emergency stop switch and reset button.
