Boker offers non-standard flat washers manufactured in a large variety of non-metallic materials, such as: ABS, acetal, PVC, polyester, nylon, nylon MD, polycarbonate, fiber, polyolefins, polimide films, and various NEMA grade laminates. Material certifications can be supplied upon request. These non-standard flat washers are available in more than 5000 sizes, including miniature washers with outside diameters of 0.080 inches going up to 5.000 inches. Also available is a wide range of inside diameters and thicknesses. Boker applies a just-in-time production approach due to which they can offer quick production timings for small, medium or large washer orders.
