The ESM-xx50 series process controllers are designed for measuring and controlling temperature and any process value. They can be used in many applications with their universal process input (TC,RTD,mVdc,Vdc,mAdc), multifunction control outputs, selectable alarm functions, serial communication unit and smart I/O module system. Two input/output modules can be plugged into the sockets on the device, therefore the product is adaptable by user. Two sensor inputs are available when two reference temperature readings are necessary. High accuracy and reliable controlling is done with its selectable ON/OFF,P,PI,PD,PID control functions. The series allows motorized valve control, 8 steps profile control (ramp&soak) function, re-transmission of process value or process control and detection of heater failure... Standard RS-232 or optional RS-485 serial communication with Modbus RTU Protocol enables datalogging. The products fulfil almost all application requirements in glass, plastic, petro-chemistry, textile, automotive and machine production industries.
