The development tool JetSym, with the plain text high-level language JetSym STX from Jetter is continuously adapted to meet market and customer requirements. Accordingly, the latest version 5.1.0 can run under Windows 8 and contains numerous innovations that are supposed to make programming, diagnostics and commissioning more efficient. For example, recordings in the integrated oscilloscope can also be made via the CAN bus. Previously, this was only possible via the Ethernet or serial interface. The setup and monitor window also offer the user new possibilities. For example, a single command allows a structure to be fully expanded and closed again, right down to all sub-levels. JetSym version 5.1.0 offers a host of further helpful features. Conditional break points in the user program can now be defined and assigned parameters. The hardware manager has also been expanded with new functionalities such as a user-defined setup.
