Resistance welding unit

The company has devoloped its own '' Resistance Welding Control Unit Based On Microcontroller''. Special algorithms which are based on welding experience were used at design of software. Thanks to its constant current properties, this unit keeps the welding current stable at its set value against to line distortions, bad contact of sheets, deformations of secondary cables. Current feedback can be applied from both primary side and secondary side of welding transformer. Some specifications: constant voltage compensation, 15 welding programs, increasing the welding current with steps depend on the counts of spot, seam welding and fault messages.
