MOSAIC is a safety hub from Reer able to manage all the safety function of machinery or a plant. This line of controllers has been enhanced with two new expansions: MOR4 module: 4 safety relays with guided contacts. The relay outputs can be configured via the MSD software as 4 single-channel outputs (safety category 1 or 2) or 2 bi-channels outputs (safety category 4). The device integrates 4 external contactors feedback and model MOR4 S8 also has 8 programmable outputs status. MV1 and MV2 are expansion modules for safety speed monitoring (up tp PL e) of two independent axes. This includes safety speed monitoring for zero speed control, maximum speed, speed range and direction. The modules provide up to 4 logically selectable speed thresholds (freely configurable via MSD) for each logical output (axis). Input for TTL, HTL or Sin/Cos incremental encoders and PNP/NPN proximity switches.
