Crosser Technologies launches its software Edge Nodes, which allows to collect sensor data from connected assets (equipment, machines and devices). It can collect data using any Protocol, any PLC, any Hardware or any System, and it selects them from the ever-growing library of standard modules or use the open SDK to easily build your custom collector module. Then, Crosser Edge Node processes data in the edge and takes actions locally based on advanced business rules. It runs local M2M communication with millisecond latency, and connects to Cloud Providers or company’s data centre for storage and BI/deep analysis or integrate the streaming data with your enterprise systems in real-time.

It can detect outliers and anomalies in real-time

Crosser Edge Nodes is lightweight and powerful, and usable on any Linux, Windows or Unix-enabled hardware. It has full IoT feature set and it is independent from Cloud IoT Platforms. Edge Nodes adds metadata and cleans, prepares and normalizes the data. It is able to make Big Data small with advanced filtering, aggregation and compression. Edge Nodes can detect outliers and anomalies in real-time with standard or custom algorithms; it helps to secure asset data with encryption, authentication and access rights. Crosser offers offline support, local storage and sync when connectivity re-connects.
