The soniQ is a solid state flow sensor. The medium just flows through a straight stainless steel pipe. The ultrasonic transducers are positioned on the outer surface of the pipe and therefore not in contact with the medium. The sensors have a flow range of 1.5 … 30 l/min and feature 4...20mA analogue output, frequency output and alarm output.
