The SUM series of precision 20° pressure angle stainless steel miter gears from QTC are available in 10 sizes in modules 1~3 in both 20 and 25 tooth. These gears are made of SUS303 and conform to precision grade JIS B 1704 grade 3 standards. The gears are available in sizes ranging from Module 1 to Module 3. Bore sizes range from 6 mm to 20 mm and hub diameters from 16 mm to 65 mm. Miter gears are also available in materials such as: steel, plastic, injection molded and sintered metal. There are also specialized types including: carburized & hardened, angular, finished bore, and spiral miter gear types.
