Weidmüller's PRO-M robust switch-mode power supplies have received the GL approval by Germanischer Lloyd. These energy efficient and overload resistant switch-mode power supplies have been designed for shipbuilding applications, offshore wind turbine systems and bridge applications. They have been approved to environmental category EMC 1. The ten different single- and three-phase switch-mode power supply units are housed in a compact, robust metal housing. They have a 90% efficiency, overload resistance and high performance reserves at standard temperatures. These IP20 rated devices can be mounted flush side-by-side without spacing on TS 35 mounting rails.
