Operating from 2850 to 2950 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V to 4.7V, Crystek's CVCO55CC-2850-2950 VCO features a typical phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and has very good linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm. Enclosed in the industry-standard 12,7 x 12,7 mm SMD package, the VCO’s input voltage is 5V, with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 2.0 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical. The device finds applications in digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
