The RED POWER 3 wedge belts and kraftbands offer up to 50% more power compared to standard V-belts, and cost reductions of up to 35 % at the same time. These results are due to optimised production processes and continuous refinements of the basic products involved. Cost reductions are achieved via fewer belts, smaller pulleys and more compact drive designs. The belts are maintenance-free, offer up to 97 % efficiency and are antistatic according to ISO 1813, compatible with ATEX, Furthermore they are suitable for back bend idlers and are manufactured for set matching S=C, always at nominal size. RED POWER 3 is available in length ranges from 1200 to 12,000mm suited for a variety of applications whilst offering a long operational life.
