The roboTest R from Zwick, is a test system for highly accurate, fully automatic physical plastics testing, that uses a spectrophotometer for reflected and transmitted light measurement of plastics. This testing system which uses a digitally controlled industrial robot is suited for testing in extended temperature or climate ranges or performing several tests in parallel. Color measurement of colored or dyed plastics products has become increasingly important for quality management systems and certifications to DIN, ISO or other Standards. This automated test bench provides objective criteria for such measurements.
