The C10633 camera features spectral sensitivity in the infrared region from 900 to 1700nm. With quantum efficiency, more than 80% at 1500nm, it provides superior imaging quality and offers high QE, greater than 50%, in the visible region. It supports standard video output and USB2.0 interface for 14 bit image acquisition with exposure time control. The camera is suitable for many IR applications such as IR reflectography, Si wafer inspection, laser beam measurement, recycling and solar cell evaluation and many more.
