It combines high power density with a compact footprint, making it a drive solution for AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots). Paired with Dunkermotoren’s Inline gearbox (planetary gearbox) with a minimal cross-section (flange surface) it delivers exceptional performance where space and efficiency are critical.
Maximum Performance at Low Voltage
It delivers up to 4.4 kW using only 48 VDC, making it perfect for battery-powered systems where energy efficiency and compact design are essential.
The BG95x120 dPro can replace hydraulic cylinder by generating the linear movement electrically. This opens new possibilities for agricultural machinery and construction equipment, such as trailer tipping functions—offering a cleaner, quieter, and more efficient alternative.
Smart Control
Equipped with CANopen, PROFINET, EtherCAT, and Ethernet/IP, the motor integrates easily into existing systems. Programming and control are streamlined via Drive Assistant 5 and MotionCode, enabling fast deployment and customization. The motor includes certified Safe Torque Off (STO) functionality as standard. This feature allows for torque-free shutdowns without interrupting logic voltage-eliminating the need for time-consuming re-referencing after restart and enhancing safety in dynamic environments.
