Jetter has introduced the latest version of the JetSym development tool in a new guise. The user interface has been modified to match the latest IT development tools. Modifications include more user-friendly handling of the hardware manager. The entire hardware configuration can now be imported and applied by specifying the network address mask. Set-up pages will be automatically created for the JX3 modules connected to allow test and configuration of the modules. Additionally, data exchange configuration using the JX3 Ethernet bus nodes has been made simpler in the hardware manager. The software now has a library manager which the user can use to embed Jetter function packages, such as the Motion API (API = ApplicationProgramming Interface), CANopen or ISO functions.
