Great success at Diageo Meeting Center for the first edition of EnergyMedia Event, held on 22 October 2014 and focused on energy efficiency in industrial production processes. Organized and promoted by TIMGlobal Media with the support of ANIE Energia, ANIE Automazione, AssoEgE, Professional Association of Italian Engineers, the conference was sponsored by Omron, Ital Control Meters, Messe Frankfurt Italia.
The formula of the day, tailored to energy experts and operators, was specifically conceived for major players in the Italian energy-intensive scenario: Fantoni Group, Gruppo Cremonini, Carrefour Italia, Cartiere del Garda and La Bottega di Adò presented their real case stories of successful energy efficiency practices, exclusively drafted for this occasion.
The concreteness of these contents was a decisive plus for the scientific value of the day, and contributed greatly to its success: the whole day session was attended by almost 100 people carefully selected from energy managers, technical managers, maintenance managers, plant directors, electronic engineers.
In addition to the high technological level of all faced topics, Energy Media Event was a profitable meeting between manufacturers and users of solutions for energy efficiency.
Main topics debated during the conference were related, on the one hand, to the latest European regulations for application of energy efficiency in industry and, on the other hand, the great benefits achieved by adopting efficiency practices and solutions in plants and on processes: relevant and pragmatic topics, which all operators are facing on a daily basis.
