Lying on several decades of experience and expertise in the selection and use of components for industrial network technology and the IIoT, Acceed is now significantly extending its activities in the customer service area. The current service offer for individual equipping and ready assembly of components will now be extended due to the expansion of personnel resources for project-specific software development. First, system availability and readiness for use should be considerably sped-up for the customer without burdening resources on the customer side at the same time. Since software selection and configuration, as well as the compatibility of data protocols and interfaces are critical for the interaction of individual components in intelligent industrial networks, here the software then decides when and how which data leads to which actions.

The intelligence for interactive component communication in the world of Industry 4.0 arises via intelligent programming

Acceed experts are now strengthening their offer for software development and software-supported system and system components configuration. In the easiest case, device-specific snippets can be provided for integration in existing communication structures. The number of networked devices is quickly increasing in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Often, sensors and further data recording devices, are spontaneously switched to the existing network. This has advantages for the further processing of data, but also bears risks from a technical safety view. The more devices connected to the network, the more weak points exist via the IT infrastructure. Here, autonomously acting small networks can considerably minimize the risk. I/O modules intercommunicate in pairs or larger groups, avoiding that data flows to local company or production networks or even into the Internet. Acceed provides its customers the fitting know-how for the configuration of such I/O networks with its new software service.
