Fluid Components International launched its ST75 flow meter, designed for process gas, fuel gas, inert gas, waste gases and air in small line sizes ranging from 0.25 to 2.0 inches. This flow meter is FM and CSA approved and is therefore suited for usage in rugged process and industry environments. It meets international safety standards for loss protection and risk management. The flow meter provides the following 3 outputs: the mass flow rate, totalized flow and media temperature. Its precision flow element has a no-moving parts design that employs platinum RTD sensors embedded in equal mass thermowells with microprocessor electronics calibrated to laboratory standards for a wide range of gases: natural gas, methane, nitrogen CO2, argon, all inert gases and compressed air.
