AS Power Energy Control is an "innovative energy system for self-production of heat and power, which can make the user electrically self-sufficient and able to reduce energy costs by 30%-60 %, also reducing consistently CO2 emissions." The system is our own creation and realization, perfectly suitable for the industrial sector, especially for small-medium enterprises and advanced services (from 50 KW up to some MW). In a few words, the system can be considered as further development of renewable energy and cogeneration by methane gas for industry.

Technically, we have created an hybrid system in which PV/wind and high efficiency power generation as natural gas / LNG cogeneration and trigeneration. The system is equipped with a rotating masses storage system with a total power capacity of 1.5 MW and a sophisticated patented management software, enduring both electrical and thermal loads, able to identify the most convenient power source, always in total self-consumption, and without any power input to the network.

The storing to the rotating masses let the aforementioned process happen, as it comes to a two-way system ensuring the whole continuity due to its serial placement at the entrance of the plant. This eliminates completely mini and micro interruptions, by furnishing very linear current, low-noise and harmonic distortion, also allowing isolated plant operations during medium and long interruptions.

The system was created primarily as an application of energy revamping of existing situations, which are the most common case in Italy and in Europe, and also as an upgrade technology / energy saving for companies already equipped with a photovoltaic system. Existing equipment such as water/steam boilers, chillers, co-generators etc. are integrated and managed in an automatic and intelligent system that, as mentioned, tends to maximum efficiency.

The system can work with different overall electrical safety degrees, allowing handling the medium / large interruptions in different modalities, depending on whether you want to focus on safety or economic aspect. The system produces hot water, steam, cold water and electricity both for production process and for air-conditioning environments. The first fully operational plant started working in August 2014, and was carried out at the GAI SpA in Ceresole d'Alba (CN), a global leader in manufacturing of production and bottling machineries: after six months of activity, the plant has confirmed all project expectations or even beyond.

In conclusion, AS power energy control represents for us the future for the energy industry and advanced services with distributed generation. Potentially, a company could be electrically and thermally autonomous by storing liquid gas. Every business or company can operate independently, managing its own energy, using it when needed and reducing costs. The future is coming and even electric vehicles charging will be an part of the AS Power Energy Control project.
